Long before the general business of the conference gets underway the National Executive Committee and the Directorate Commodores meet to discuss Auxiliary business at the strategic level.

The matters that are placed on their table involve ongoing projects and new ideas at the National level. Their discussions will help with the general direction of our organization for now and years to come.

Since these matters are usually not in place in the current order of Auxiliary business, the discussions are private to avoid speculation about things to come. A considerable amount of what is discussed will be brought forth at the general conference meetings at the end of the week and then these matters will be presented to the Auxiliary as a whole.
